Ground Industries Lifetime Warranty

Ground Industries, Inc. is proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all of its’ products.

This warranty covers any defect caused by the manufacture or assembly of the products we sell. A defect is defined as “an imperfection or fault that renders the product undesirable or unusable, caused during the manufacture or assembly of said product”. Normal wear &; tear is not covered. Excessive use resulting in damage or breakage of the product is not covered. Running over the product with your car is not covered, but if Ground Industries, Inc. has sold a defective product &; you are not satisfied we will replace the defective part at no cost to you, for as long as you (the original purchaser) own the product. Please retain a copy of your original sales receipt to expedite any warranty issues.

Warranty Procedure

Consumer warranty return procedure:

If your Ground Industries product was purchased online from the Ground Industries Shop, call 864-271-0901 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST &; state your claim to our customer service dept. If you do indeed have a defect with your product, an RA# will be issued &; UPS will pick it up at your location.

Please package only the defective part for shipping, clearly print the RA# on the box, &; address it to:

Your warranty will be assessed and action taken in 10 to 15 days.

If your product was purchased from one of our fine, outstanding retail partners, take your defective product and your copy of the receipt back to the store of purchase. If it is a known defect, the dealer can provide you with a replacement product on the spot. If it is not a known defect, the retailer must get approval from either their Ground Industries Sales Representative or directly from Ground Industries before they can replace out of stock. If the product needs to be returned to Ground Industries, the retailer will handle the return for you. Your warranty will be assessed and action taken in 10 to 15 days.

All products being returned to Ground Industries, defective or otherwise, must have an RA# issued before it can be shipped back. If an RA# is not clearly visible on the package, our shipping department will not accept the it.
