Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order for any reason call us at 864-295-3991 as soon as possible. If your order has not already shipped we will cancel your order & refund any charges that have been processed. If the order has already been processed & shipped we will issue an RA (return authorization) & have your order picked up by UPS. You will get a full refund on the product, but will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Our Returns Policy

You may return any unopened and unused item sold by Ground Industries, Inc. Online Store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping.

We will, however, pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of any item that falls under one or more of the following conditions:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

If your Ground Industries product was purchased online from the Ground Industries Shop, call 864-295-3991 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST to be issued an RA from our customer service dept. As long as the product you are returning falls within our guidelines, an RA# will be issued & UPS will pick it up at your location.
